If you see a charge you do not recognize, check if either of the following apply.
- Your OS store account is shared with family members or friends.
Check whether someone else who uses the same store account has made a purchase. - The receipt email was delivered late.
In some cases, the receipt email may arrive several days after the purchase was made.
Check your store’s purchase history along with the receipt email.
