If you purchased game volumes but are unable to use them, sign in on your device with the Apple or Google account that was used at the time of purchase, and then try the steps below.

- Restore purchases within the app
- Tap the Purchase Screen button for the game volume you purchased.
- Tap Restore Purchase at the top of the screen.
- Reinstall the app
Note: Uninstalling the app will delete your game progress. Make sure to back up your save data via iCloud or Google Play Games beforehand.
