Check whether your device is supported.
If your device is supported but the app still does not work properly, the issue may be resolved by trying the steps below.
■ Steps
- Close all apps other than Pictonico!
Note: Make sure to close any browser apps as well. - Restart the app
- Restart your device
- Make sure you have sufficient storage space available
Note: If you're having trouble freeing up space, you may consider deleting unnecessary apps or data. - Reload photos
- In the app, select Options, About This App, then Delete Photo Import Data
- Reinstall the app
Note: Uninstalling the app will also delete your game progress. Make sure to back up your data via iCloud or Google Play Games beforehand.
